Hi
you are doing a lot of nice hacking.
You have an entry about an added fan. This is pretty interesting, have you already done some comparance prints, with / without fan.
I'm not sure what I can expect, but I'm very interested.

I implemented your idea for the second LED to show when it was turned off but modified that idea. I left the Red LED where it was, but replaced it with a Green LED. That way, when either the power adapter is plugged in and ON or the USB cable is plugged in, the green LED glows. I then added a Red LED (new hole above the power adapter jack) to the OFF position of the ON/OFF switch (and ground), so when the power adapter is plugged in, and the control box is off, the Red LED glows, and is OFF then the printer is ON. The colors make more sense to me that way.
