Wrong z-axis
Hi! I´ve been trying to calibrate the printer for the last couple of days, and ran in to a rather peculiar problem.

The test-file prints somewhat acceptable (just a little tweaking left), but when I try to print anything else (and I mean ANYTHING else) the extruder goes to about 1,5-2 cm above the baseplate and starts to print. I´ve been using Repetier-Host since I still have some SD-card problems, and I´ve tried to slice the print i both Cura and Repetier, but no success. I´ve tried to change some settings in Repetier to try and fix the range travelled in the Z-axis, but to no avail.

All and any suggestions would be really appreciated! Thanks!

I'm having this same exact issue except it is also happening with the test print now. When I try to check the calibration, everything seems to be fine and then I try to print and its way too high off the printbed. Im using Cura, so it seems like the problem is the printer, not the software. I'm working on it right now and ill let you know if I figure it out lol

Do you keep a copy of the 'ini' file on your SD card?

No, just the file that should be printed (renamed as 101Hero).

Do you think it could help if I also have the .ini ?
